Eitan Stieber

As Advisor, Eitan Stieber supports the Foundation’s grantmaking, mainly in the areas of contract review, compliance issues, and sustaining grantee relationships.

Prior to joining the Foundation in 2009, he was a grant writer for the Jewish United Fund/Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago, one of the largest not-for-profit social welfare institutions in Illinois and the central address of Chicago's Jewish community. In this capacity, he drafted grant and endowment proposals for programs aimed at serving the most vulnerable populations in the community -- children, immigrants, the poor, the elderly and people with disabilities.

Mr. Stieber is also an experienced Jewish educator, having taught in synagogue supplementary schools, Jewish day and residential camps, and Birthright Israel. Additionally, he has worked with the Chicago Public Schools as a literacy tutor and teacher recruiter.

Mr. Stieber received a BA in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a JD from the Northeastern School of Law. He works very closely with Mr. Goodman on real estate matters associated with American Asset Management Services.
